couldn't find any in Combe Martin. I was prob too fast for him to take a picture. I used to watch Alex Buckingham race his 250 bike as he used to spanner in Ilfracome where I was a butcher. Used to buy my tyres etc from him.

do you know that the chain has tight spots? you need to rotate the rear wheel and tug on the longest part (usually lower) till its the tightest and then adjust it there.

thought you intimated you'd rebuilt the bike! if someone else had fully rebuilt it, then surely they could fix it? my money is on sticking throttle or the carb needs cleaning as the bike is running weak and you have a partial blockage. the symptoms are that revs rise when the engine is warm.
