The 400's will fit, I have an NOS set on fleabay but they are the "inverted" type which only fit certain models (F and E)

you have the best roads around; Helmshore and haslingdon as well as Rivington just on your back door -
never mind grouch, its all part of the learning curve, or in your case learning cliff even the rest of my family are following your escapades and they don't like motorbikes!

yep, that will be fine. It just means they'll stay on longer if the engine is off. the issue with L-ion batteries is they don't like to be overcharged and will fail. Fist check the specs of your bike and that of the battery before purchase drewps

bippo where a-bouts in mancunia are you? maybe when the stars are aligned might be good for a run out? I don't ride fast (not in this weather) trip down to Stafford coming up end of month too

Hi Peeps, I'm after someone who can cover/sew etc the seat on the Gilera. seat is this one; It's gonna need red piping and material bought and ribbing done on the seat. I have bought the closed cell foam I was thinking of the whole seat covered similar to this;

i'd let the auction run and see what you get for it. now is the best time to sell

I'd do a service first, check ignition, points gap, timing and valves. check the front brake isn't binding as they can on these bikes (as all 70's calipers do) then let us know how you get on
