Front wheel bearing!
Never mind, think of the kudos of doing it yourself? to take bearings out , weld a plate over inner bearing then hit from other side. The welding will heat the bearing too to dislodge any corrosion

Oil can cafe Holmfirth
Decided to visit the relocated Oil Can cafe today and a couple of TDM’s turned up. Not sure if they were carpedians as were in a group so didn’t want to crash their gathering .busy place and enjoyed some cake with mature cheddar cheese and a skinny late http://i.imgur.com/Bim2pYH.jpg http://i.imgur.com/5JIMYvs.jpg https://i.imgur.com/01W5cKv.jpg https://i.imgur.com/tOKl6HS.jpg https://i.imgur.com/bcx7HBQ.jpg https://i.imgur.com/23dmWvN.jpg https://i.imgur.com/niRocET.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Wmb7kWd.jpg https://i.imgur.com/X8tX0p1.jpg https://i.imgur.com/w7qyBgU.jpg https://i.imgur.com/krPFSQf.jpg

New Rear mono shock.
Lucky you. Hope they are linear front springs as they perform better than progressive. to top it off, get a specialist to set the suspension up for your riding style and weight, only about £40

XS250 won't start (by itself)
the carb orifices are very small on these bikes and gum up too easily. thorough cleaning with ultrasonics and air should get them serviceable. you might even need to do it twice!!

Electronic locking on 2016 onwards T max seriously flawed
that's no good, I assume it was an RID device to enable the ignition? even cars with this are being stolen due to the scumbags cloning them from your front door

Very good Slice, enjoyed recreating the ride. Amazing scenery, just goes to show you can't beat the UK in the sun
