I will add, the pajero is about as basic as you can get so isn't finicky about what it burns, it runs on veg oil, diesel, AvTur, does stink a bit though

The truck burns whatever diesel is cheapest (straight veg oil 50:50 in summer) and premium unleaded in the bikes even the DT50

Hi peeps. Been looking in to this a fair bit lately now that I have the FJ to do the miles on, and was wondering how I can actually go about getting insurance cover for places outside of the EU and further afield. Afaik my policy with swinton covers UK and NI with a months free European cover, but that's about it, is it a specialist broker thing?

Iirc my instructor was riding a dullville. Why not go for something like the XJ600? I had the pre-diversion and at low speeds it was marvelous, never caused me any problems even when I got stuck in traffic going through Bournemouth with a pillion, incredibly cheap and easy to repair, and being air cooled will likely go on forever the engineering tolerances were that big. I paid £450 for mine with 30k on the clock and sold it to a workmate a few years later with 55k on the clock And it's still going

tyre condition, chain condition, lights and oil level should be a daily thing imho, Basically check everything that your MOT tester would do, get it on the center stand and try lifting the rear wheel up and down, this would indicate worn swingarm bushes or shock linkages

Casually listening to Radio 1s surgery last night in the workshop, for those who don't know it's basically a call-in show where callers can ask questions about medical issues, relationships e.t.c, last night's topic was sex, someone calls in "if my boyfriend *** inside me during **** ***, do I still have to take the morning after pill"... Holy crap I was doubled over on the floor in a fit of laughter. I know not everyone is exactly wise to sex, but surely atleast a minimal understanding of the workings of the pill must exist.

Thanks peeps, very happy with it! Might aswell paint those yokes whilst I got the master cylinder off. and get to the gym whilst I'm at it, Getting it on the centre stand is alright but getting it off again isn't, my subtle 10st frame versus this 260kg bomb trolley doesn't really bode well.

Nah I went to visit some friends, had a cuppa e.t.c, so it wasn't constant riding, also stopped in halfrauds to get a new headlight bulb as mine went pop But anyway, the clutch master (or slave) cylinder seals have gone so it now has no clutch, I've ordered both sets so should be good to go soon

They're just making it more complicated so they have more opportunity to bend you over and aim for penetration, whilst emptying your pockets also.

Nothing wrong with the garage, I know exactly where everything is... I went for a quick ride after work today, about 6:30pm, Got back about 11:30pm after clocking up 95 miles!... This thing really does shift

Some of us have to work ya know... -.- Although tbh it was nice commuting in on the FJ this morning even if it was foggy, the sun has now come out so if it's quiet in the hangar I may even treat it to a wash That's a good few years before I was even born!
