Looking at that almost certainly you will need the parts from the bottom list as the housing bolts on where that 19 goes, and the bush , O,ring and seal are needed now the valve will be moving, merv

Personally i would ask someone that has tried this, because on bikes putting a larger tyre/tyres on them can have a negative effect on the handling, most bikes are pretty well setup to their standard tyres, 1 size up may not make much difference though

and does the washing up

if it,s got tits or tyres its gonna be trouble

ACF 50 expensive but good, spray it on too a small patch and spread with a brush, or into it,s lid and brush on, if you spray it on it runs off leaving a thin layer wasting most of it , then all you do all winter is hose the bike off with cold water, inspect an d recoat any bits that need it, hopefully in spring just clean it all up with jizer and it look good again
