I need to replace the fork seals on my bike as one has a small leak what tools do i need is there anywhere i can get step by step instruction preferable with a video or pictures.

The problem sometimes is that the inner cylinder can spin in the lower leg. This means that the fork won't come apart. Other than that it is a straightforward job.

I recently had 2 done but didn't have the time to do them myself so I got a local bloke to do them for me - same day - for £20 and I supplied the new seals.

Try this wee trick first, I think it was posted on here a year or so past, and the guy made his own out of a coke bottle
