Maybe 20 minutes... takes longest to cut out the part you want to colour, colouring is the easy part! I think if I had a black frame, gold rims would have worked perfect, but too much silver for the gold to look good enough for me to be happy with it, on my bike that is. On an all black bike...they look sexy though!
