I don't think so............I have already got one and mine is better than that one with lots of NOS stuff including a full exhaust, with a NOS barrel and head ready to fit. My wheels are stainless too. And I have a NOS swing arm still wrapped in the original packaging. Bargain as these seem to be the rarest TS250 models.
