wild foamy
Nothing to worry about Andrew, just keep those oil changes regular and check the cam chain tension at regular intervals
Drewsr1252000
I've had some similar problems on my 2000 sr. Sorted most of them out but now it's refusing to start unless I bump start it. It's turning over fine and I'm getting a spark from the plug but it just won't start. I put a new battery and new plug in about 4 months ago and it's been fine up until about 2 weeks ago. The plug is looking a bit black and possibly has some oil on it but I'm not sure of the reason or remedy to this.
Moderator DirtyDT Posted June 30, 2013 Moderator Share Posted June 30, 2013 This must be the most rambling thread ever. Whilst I think it is great to keep a particular bike model info in one thread, can we put any new, workshop related questions in the correct area please. Benedictine
Yes OK, I just thought it easier than starting a new thread every single time I had a question/issue. I would have opened about 10 threads by now...
