Tubless valves are normally pulled in from the inside to the outside, so no. A decent tyre fitter could remove the tyres, change the valves and repace the tyres but it would be a relatively high cost for what you would get.

Thank's DirtyDT,

I'm trying to avoid the cost you mentioned and I won't need tyres replace for some time.

The advantage was for angled valves, front wheel valve awkward to get at.

Cheer's.

A cryptic question to start with.

Make sure they don't affect the wheel balancing.

Good one.

I will only use to check and inflate.

Definetly only use em for checking and inflating , slightly over inflate and adjust pressure afterwards as you lose a little air removing the adapter , i do it all the time
