did u see what kind it was?
did it have rizzla farings?
-
Noisy??? They are deafening...did 70,000 miles in one....wont touch it again!!! Had to wear ear plugs, even with a standard can on. Wind noise is terrible when you do 500-800 miles a day. But apart from that, the visor is good and the flip is usefull.
my mate has one aswell and he does say its rather noisy! but i think if you are doing the milage you were doing then its important to get the best lid u can agreed?
-
Not a good idea forest....especially when they are practicing stoppies!!
Ouch...Thats gonna sting
i only seen a few doing it in my town, and yea its stupid.
that picture has been photoshoped.
but its a good example of idiots without the gear
-
i bet you have done this but check all your levels are alright. Check the engine for any signs of leakage

i am only a student at the moment remember, but yamaha is my choice of bike so i will be buying a r6 next year once my insurance goes down abit !
i used a trailer
-
you both helped!
charging nicely
its a 12 volt one anyway
-
LEGEND ! thanks you old git !
how long do you recon it would need? ruffly?
-
is disconnecting the battery hard lol ?
i will just disconnect it and charge it and should be fine
-
Ok i got my Hornet last night and the battery went flat
it doesnt need a new one i no that. My neigbour gave me a charging unit that you just plug in to the wall and hook it up
to the battery. I am not good with this area. so just wondering stuff like
how long does it take
does the bike need to be on etc, any advice you can offer would be superb!

I use only Shell's fuel.
I have used 100oct gasoline some times.
I would say that there is a litle bit more power -about +5%- when using for ex. Shell VpowerRacing (100oct) instead of pure Unleaded (of the same brand) but the price at least here in Greece is +15% for VpowerRacing so I don't think anyone should bother trying to get more power from gasoline only...
It is wiser to try changing the air filter, rejeting the carb, changing the exaust etc. but when you think of all these mayby it is better to think for another bike
yep
+you dont really get moddification parts for ybr's

awsome mate, have fun with it
remember new tires are slippy
so take it easy

however u cant be marked down for doing to many lifesavers, so if u think u missed one do another if its safe.
When they ask you to pull up at a safe place, if its near a car give yourself room to move out, looking out past the car when taking of.
hope that made some sense, you will be fine.
Fazer 600 is a good bike for a new rider, very comfortable and has a great level of power.
