i have a 1989 dt125r which has a dep exhaust system,performance reeds ,working power valve and when it hits the powerband it goes very well,but when at very low revs it will not tickover and will die when opening the throttle,from about 3000rpm it is fine i stripped and cleaned the carb and found nothing amiss,in fact it was clean so it is not blocked jets ,the main jet is 210 ,when starting the bike does need choke ,but when it has been run for a couple of minutes it will start fine but you have to catch it on the throttle to get it to rev ps i cant give the bike max revs yet due to running in and the engine is turning freely any help would be appreciated

any one know which model had a ypvs servo motor controller? o have any wiring diagrams

any one any idea how i plug the power valve servo into the bike on a 1989 bike? i hav looked high and low for the plug and come ti the conclussion the bike doesnt have the plug so any one have any ideas how i get my power valve to work?the power valve motor ive got has a 4 pin plug and a seperate wire and from the wiring diagram all go to the cdi unit ,my bike has a spare plug with black and brown wires and another single wire,any ideas how to wire up this motor?

can any one please have a look at there carb and tell me what if anything is screwed into the right side of the carb on theopposite side of the tickover screw ,mine has a threaded hole, the bike is a 1989/1990 with a flat side carb [-o<

yes they are legal for 16 year olds in the uk,it must only do around 30-35 mph.the bike has 5 gears and a clutch operated from the left handlebar

there was a set of graphics for sale on ebay or try sunrise graphics,if you havnt got a picture they can make them any colour you want but will need some reference like sizes and colours

one problem you may have not considered is where do you put the carb?if you put a rear facing barrel there will be no place to fit the carb ,the tzr uses a crankcase reed system so the carb and intake bolt to the crank case not the barrel

any one know if a barrel from a 2000 model dt125r fit s 1989/90 model?

any one got a good barrel and piston for a 1989 dt125r ? or any idea if any later than1992 barrels will fit ,mine is seized solid ,it is a bike i bought like it
