Hay all, due to the brill 42 mths interest free deals on a new fazer i have found I may get one instead of 2nd hand. Problem is i have been to two dealers and asked a question and they havnt really answered it... Do all the new fz6 s2 from 08 on come with the black frame and engine?????????????? as i prefer the silver frame and engine, so much so that i wont buy a new one if they only come in black. Does anyone know the answer as the dealers couldnt answer me????????? cheers all

Im defo looking to purchase this cowling kit but after hours of searching the only place i can seem to find it is the Yamaha main website. Does anyone know where i can get the kit from elsewhere ???????? ie cheaper than £400 is there a replica kit available anywhere???????? thanks all

Hay all I own a xvs 125 Dragstar 2004 and will be doing my test next month. I dont really wish to change the bike as its mainly used for back and forth to work but im wondering if it is restricted and it there an easy way to derestrict???? will an exhaust change do the trick or is there any washers in place that can be removed?? im not sure about the legal requirements for this but im assuming its okay once I have passed my test any help would be great people Cheers

68mph, due due, I bought a 2004 xvs 125 with 3200 miles on it, i do feel comforable riding it but i struggle to more then 55 - 60 mph flat out, anyone know why this would be????????? Ah cheers slyder just read your reply of 52 miles an hour so I guess this is normal okay, is there anything I can do to make it go a little faster Any help would be great fells regards

Have thought of this but you can pick a tidy xvs125 around a £1000- £1500, the 650's are more like £2000 to £3000 arnt they? The bike will only be used for back and for to work, so no real speed and power needed, just hoping I will be comfortable riding a 125 being a taller chap.

Hello newbie to this site, but loving it already Im looking to buy an xvs125 very soon, but I sat on a 54 plate xvs125 today at a dealers and was wonering it im to big for it. Im 6 foot 3 and 15.5 stone. Is anyone else a big man driving one of these? do you manage okay? Has anyone invented? or do they sell a seat which moves back a bit? or a new seat which replaces the other two so I can sit further back?, or can I move the original seat back somehow?
