Wires should be operating the air mass meter / cold start sensor put they are powerless going investigate tommorow after work going to swap the loom next week anyway so cant make it any worse to be fair

Runs like crap with it plugged in or unplugged so i cut the connector off to test the wires for a feed nothing so it must have a split up the loom somewhere i reakon

Update unplugged various sensors when the bike has been running and the only one that did not cut out the engine and produce a fault code on the dash and made no difference when it was unplugged was the cold start valve / sensor the one just up from the throttle possition sensor , faulty sensor or plug or break in the wiring do you all think ?

Hi guys having issues with my ybr custom fuel injected brought it has a none runner got it running yesterday now this problem as occured it when the bike is running it will cut out randomly when the engine is hot or cold it wont rev past 4k revs at all it will just sit there in any throttle position miss firing and back firing and surging till i lay off the throttle then goes back to idle , no smoke or noises from the engine , no fault codes on the dash , i have fully serviced the engine fresh oil , plug (irridium ) and air filter changed the throttle body , spark plug , spark plug cap ,fuel injector , rewired the ignition , cleaned all the pug connectors and sensors , fuel pump is fine primes and pump plenty of fuel , fuel is fresh with half a tank , i have cleaned the coil as it was rusted , only things i can think of now is the ecu/cdi , coil , or stator plate i have attached a you tube link so you can view the issue your self's

Hi guys new here i have introduced my self having a few annoying issues with my bike at the moment but will get to the main one first , having issues with my ybr 125 custom fuel injected brought it has a none runner got it running yesterday with a new battery , now a new problem as occured it will splutter to about 1-3k revs on the stand for about 3 seconds when cold then it revs fine , soon as the engine is hot it wont rev past 4k revs at all it will just sit there in any throttle possition miss firing and back firing , spitting till i lay off the throttle then goes back to idle , idles perfect , no smoke or noises from the engine , no fault codes on the dash , if i ride it it will barely move under load just keeps foing the above mentioned problem , i was thinking either wrong spark plug it has cr7hix (irridium ) it should have a cr6hix if i was to go irridium , or the coil is on its way out i have stripped all the fuel injection system even swapped the bodies and cleaned it all everything is air tight and i belive the fuel pump is pretty new ( primes and pumps well )any input would be great thanks i will do a video tommorow to show whats going on thanks guys
