Not trying to hijack your thread, but I have the same problem on a 1971 CT 175. What kind of tool will I need to remove the drive gear to replace the seal? TIA

Hi guys, I just stumbled on your club and thought I'd take a look. I live in the USA and have a small vintage Japanese cycle collection including a 1971 CT1 and a 1973 RT3. I'm kind of reliving my childhood with some of the older toys and look forward to gaining more information on these great classics.
