I will give that a try, thanks for the help I'll post back when I take a look inside the clutch casing.

Yeah I've checked (many times) that it's connected. The arm moves when the lever is pulled but nothing happens. I'm thinking about buying a new clutch kit as they are very cheap and just replacing it. Hopefully this will sort it

Hey guys recently had a small crash on my ybr. Bike was fine but the only problem was I broke my clutch lever. I bought a clutch lever online which came with a new clutch cable, so I decided to change the old one. Changed the clutch lever/cable no problem. I was riding it for a week or so back and forth to work with no problems. Then one morning I tried to ride it. Jumped on and pressed the clutch lever and there's nothing there, no resistance at all. I've adjusted the cable at the lever and the midway point on the cable to there loosest setting but it didn't make any difference to my clutch. I don't understand why this is happening, anybody got any ideas/ advice? p.s I'm a beginner so please "dumb" down your explanation so I can understand haha anyways thanks in advance

Battery terminals are really clean and tight. I guess I will try the regulator rectifier. Any idea how much that would cost and is it easy fix or am I better off getting someone else to do it? And thanks you guys I really do appreciate all your help

Yes mine is the same, no side stand only centre stand and yes everything else works. All lights neutral, indicators and so on. Spoke to a local garage who claims it could be the regulator rectifier but I'm not sure.

Hey guys and gals I have a 2006 ybr and I'm having some electrical problems. I use the bike to get to work. I started the bike on the morning with the switch, no problem at all, got to work parked up. finished work and pressed the switch and nothing happened. No noise at all. I used the kick start and it started first time. But also as I rid home I noticed my rev counter dropping as I reached about 6000rpm. The bike was mechanically fine. no loss of power or anything like that. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Hey everybody. Just recently started riding and loving it. I have myself a little ybr 125 but can't wait to progress on to larger bikes in the future.
