  1. as above, usually it somat really silly or obvious , you would be suprised how many people come to me wen their bike wontstart only for it to have run out of fuel lol

    so check u have fuel, see if you have a spark, side stand switch is a common non starting problem

  2. carbs and plenum are a fuker to get in, i found it easier to fit the 2 outer inlet manifold rubbers to the carbs and the inner ones to the head then slide em in place , be carefull with these they can easily break and are hard to find.

    if u need any parts iv still the number of the bloke who bought all my spares , he only wanted the turbo and has a spare head

    mines goin up for sale soon im thinking about £3k .you just dont see any for sale !

  3. yes m8 , im restoring the early one , how far u got on yours have you had it running ? ? have you got all the parts you need ?

    iv stripped both bikes now so just goto go through all the parts and pick out the best bits ,exhausts are a night mare luckily have a complete full system that has no rust , and both turbos seem in good condition im gunna be ambitious and go for a 3 week turnaround

  4. hello all just joined , iv just started to restore two 650 turbo's got them as apair and will make one good one out of the two . the one im restoring is a 1982 model and has been standing since 1998 !

    ill try and do a before and after picture as i go for anyone who might be interested

    my daily ride is a k8 busa
