  1. Sounds like a plan. My email is... [email protected] I live in Bristol but have started going riding out around Weston / Minehead / Cheddar with some mates. You should come join us next time we're out. Rob
  2. Love the stories, and glad everyone came out of them at least partially intact! I've been riding on the UK roads for all of 5 weeks now and <<TOUCH WOOD>> not had an off, but I had my first encounter with mud last week! I was going down a nice country road near Bridgwater that got narrower and narrower, then, round a nice bend the road was flooded and had about 10m of mud past the water!! Losing control with front and back wheels at the same time isn't fun and I ended up covered in SH*T past my knees and all over the fairing of my (almost) new R6! Kept her shiny-side up though, somehow! Needed 5 minutes after that to enjoy the Somerset country views from the side of the road and collect my thoughts!!

Hi Alex Have added you. Skydiving, eh? Where do you jump in the UK? I jumped a lot at Uni but kinda got out of it a few years back (work started taking up valuable week-day DZ time!!) Rob
  4. Hi everyone out there! I lived in the USA for a year, a while back and one of my friends sold me my first bike (the Hurricane) and sorted me with leathers and a helmet for the summer. His helmet had a polarized lense on the visor and I rode with it all summer there! It was fantastic at removing glare and reflections and it was so much better then stuffing sunglasses under my lid! I was so impressed with the lense that, when I came back to the UK and started biking again I contacted him and told him I'd like to bring the lenses to riders in the UK. This isn't a sales pitch to get you to buy the lenses (although orders are gratefully received!!), but if anyone has used a similar product, or knows any dealers that would be interested in them, or has any feedback on the website or products I would really love to hear from you! I don't have any dealers set up yet so if you're interested in a lense, contact me directly. Thanks for your time. Rob McConachie Polar-Optics UK www.polar-optics.co.uk
