  1. I hope you found the info you needed and got it sorted. I've now upgraded so won't be able to supply pictures anymore...
  2. Hey Ollieb23, it worked! It took me a few hours to get the bolt that holds the sensor in place, but it worked straight away. I sold her shortly after to get a bigger bike, i hope all bikes i own will be as reliable as she was!
  3. Hey thanks for your reply! It's an electric (magnetic) sensor. I just purchased a replacement on eBay, finally found a brand new one under £30! Hopefully it will do the job.
  4. Hey Mark, I own a 2005 model so some of the connectors on the wiring loom are slightly different (I only found out my mine was an 05' regardless of the 06 plate, when I realized the 06' loom I'd bought didn't fit). What exactly do you need pics of? I can't promise next day delivery but I'd be glad to help. Ed
  5. Hi everyone, I've been searching for information about what seems to be one of the common faults with the XT125R's, the problem with the speedo always reading 0 Mph/not recording the distance covered. Answers always go from replacing the sensor cable to replacing the speedo itself. Now, I was wondering: has anyone tried any DIY solutions, e.g. replacing the lead but preserving the sensor and connector or opening the speedo and found what the fault was? And if so, how did that go? Regards, Ed.
  6. Just realized I posted under the wrong area...sorry! Can I delete and re-post in the appropriate place? Sorry again!!!
  7. Hey everyone! I'm Ed and I've owned a XT125R for a few months now. Thought I'd say "hi y'all" before I ever have to ask any questions! So here it comes: Hi y'all! Ed.
