  1. Thanks for the info wonderwall. Did not want to pay yamaha prices, so was hoping for a cheaper option. Maybe i should of made myself clearer, Thanks for your input anyway Ttaskmaster.
  2. hi. does anybody know of a company that sells a chrome solo rack for a dragstar 125. As ive removed the pillion seat and would like to fit one. ive tryed highway hawk , but they dont do one. any ideas? thanks in advance
  3. Dont worry ill just wear them for now when im driving my 190 bus into reading
  4. Well thats my leather thong on order, and i aint even got the cruiser yet
  5. yeah thats lovely mate. credit to you
  6. Yes you should get a dragstar, its proberly the best 125 on the market in my opinion. Im also looking for one. seen one like you mention around aldershot way. not sure if its the one you looked at. how long you planning on keeping the 125? i will be looking to spend nearer 2k , get a mint one for that with 4 to 6k on the clock, and you should get most of the cash back in a year if you decide to step up to a bigger cc take your time and one will show up, just dont go for the same one as me as they are pretty hard to find.
  7. Thanks guys. just got to do some searching now. not many of these about for sale. couple of dealers have one with 2k price tags tho. 4000miles on the clock.
  8. hi all. im new to bikes, just got myself a little 50cc scooter at the grand age of 36. i dont even get 1mph for each year of my life, as its struggles at 30mph, even tho i de-restricted it, but i guess my 16stone is not helping matters. just need something that will do about 50mph for now. looking to get myself a 125cc dragstar, to see me through the next year atleast, then will go for my das. (only doing it really because my old man says he's left me his electra glide and fat boy in his will) just not got the time to do it at the moment, what with being a bus driver and having 3 young kids. are there any dragstar owners around wokingham , berkshire area? what are they like for getting parts / repairs / servicing etc, as i know they dont make the 125 anymore. just looking for any of this info or any other tips before buying. Not seen many for sale, so just looking at pictures mainly, if there is an owner in berkshire who fancys showing me there bike, that would be good, and i will offer a cuppa tea, and maybe a biscuit cheers jeffro
