  1. Morning kids, just joined as I am about to face a long uphill struggle with my bike. Bought the YZF750 about 10 weeks ago, and its a cracking piece of kit. Previous owner had pretty much looked after it, and no problems to report. However, I marshalled at the Farmyard Party this year, and unfortunately my bike got washed away in the floods on Sunday evening. Although t's been recovered, it is now a silty mess in pieces all over the house. Im going to have to do a full rebuild - bottom up - to get rid of the crap that 20 feet of water has deposited into every single chamber, seal, join, screw thread, bearing etc. So, can anyone suggest parts that are compatible with the YZF? I need to replace all sorts of stuff like instruments, switchgear etc, and will have to do most of it as cheaply as possible, therefore will be keeping an eye on ebay a lot more. If something comes up and it doesn't say it will fit a YZF, I need to know if it's possible. I had heard that a lot of the thundercat bits and bobs will fit, but I'm new to this a bit. My first ever rebuild, and I'm being as cautious as possible. Help, advice, sympathy appreciated thanks in advance Pixie (goblin on request)
