  1. took me 70 to 80 hours to flat and polish the crank cases
  2. you can port the 50cc barrel and get the cylinder head skimmed and the squish recut and put a bigger carb on the 50cc engine and also open out the reed stops on the reed block and port and flow the reed block and this is the same process when running a big bore also you can put a dt80mx engine in and this is the same process of tuning as the 50cc and the 60cc big bore then you can put a big bore on the 80cc engine and the tuning is the same process
  3. 11,000 rpm is enough for the road to fit the 80cc top end = barrel, piston, cylinder you might have to re profile the crank case mouth to except this set up and check to see if the 80cc top end is the same stroke as the 50 cc engine
  4. you could try putting a dt 80 mx engine in then put a big bore on the 80cc motor then you could port and flow the 80cc big bore as well also you could try a bigger a carb, open out the reed stops and port and flow the reed block, also you could try using the 80cc exhaust, also you can get the cylinder head skimmed and get the squish recut plus more as well
  5. you could try porting the bore kit, a bigger carb also you could get the squish recut, open out the reed stops port and flow the reed block
