Ok, I hate to ask for money but just a little from a lot of people will make all the difference. I am doing the London to Brighton bike ride on 21st June for the British Heart Foundation, yes I am mad and i realise it would be so much easier on my motorbike, but never mind I am dusting off the push bike instead. If you would like to sponsor me you can do it here http://www.justgiving.com/vickyhiggins thanks

Having recently passed my test on my trusty 125, I am keen to keep it to get more experience before looking at something bigger, however i was just wondering if it's possible to fit a slightly bigger rear wheel to it- it's rather skinny at 90mm

I've got that book, well worth reading (and keeping to re-read)

I am very new to this biking phenomenom are there any like minded females in my area for rides out? I am 32, married and getting bored going out on my own if you can't help my plight, please feel sorry for me instead

sounds like you need to get a bit lary with the dealers , your hubby obviously knows what he's on about, I would ask for a replacement or money back. What a pain in the arse though

Having done some research I still can't decide if I should get some new tyres for my new bike. Some say the standard nylon ones are crap yet others say the new model tyres are better. My local dealer wants £170 to supply and fit Michelin pilots I have no plans to go flying around on my bike (it is a 125 with an inexperienced rider after all ) but I do want to be as safe as possible - probably shouldn't ride a bike I guess As I'm a newbie to all this lark, I would appreciate some advice

HI I too have just got a new ybr (10 days ago) I have found a similar problem, try this- put it on full left lock then turn the bars right an inch or so-should lock no problem, works on mine
