  1. Hey,

I am trying to find out the name of a piece of plastic on my bike so that I can buy a replacement for it. Unfortunately I'm new to all this and so I haven't a clue!

On the following image it is the bit of black plastic that the indicator is attached to, runs from under the center of the headlight to somewhere just behind the indicator. Left hand side I am after.

Any ideas or advice is greatly appreciated,

    Thanks,

    Dave

i have just sold those bits you so unlucky the bolke came ove and snapped them up

  2. VERY USEFUL INFOMATE, CHEERS

i did this temporaly and the engine did not seem right so i put it back on, but did the yamaha techs say it was ok to do or was it dangerous to the engine? also what in power gain did or does it give

  3. Actually you can derestrict it by installing a new CDI unit!!!

I done this by putting a 5 setting CDI unit in it, which i got from yamaha and my yzf-r125 is now doing 95mph!!!

    :D its brilliant

how much did the 5 position cdi unit cost

  4. You've not read much then, except abuse from the 2 strokers. None of them actually know anything about it. It has nothing to do with the gearing either. The only two people that know about the deresriction properly, is myself and Liam from MCN.

an article will be going up on www.onetwofives.com/forums when it officially launches on 1st Jan. Will have a fair bit of info about it and where it can be done.

Imanupstart, having seen a bike de-restricted, i can tell you right now you'd be 110% impressed.

i wanna have this done as it is frustrating because you know the bike can do it so please hurry lol.

  5. Urgh I've read about that "derestriction" on that hell hole of a forum 125 sportsbikes. Until I see a significant power gain that isn't down to changing the gearing I'm staying skeptical

    wht is the derestriction then?

  10. Were you logged in?

I just did a search for threads containing 'Honda' (no point looking for Yamaha, as they all have that!!).

    Got 16 pages of results.

Are you sure the spelling is correct and words contain more than three letters (limitations of a Search Engine)?

Are you sure what you're searching for is on this site?

You're not searching for something odd, weird, sick or illegal, are you?

Nothing like "Bestial Necrophillia", "Bukakke" or "Honda C90", are you?

yes i was logged in mate
