2003 YZF-R1 --- What do you think? in General Posted May 19, 2008 Hi, I would like to know your opinion on the 2003 Yamaha R1. I had the '99 model and loved it to bits. Had a clunky 1st to 2nd gear change, but that was it. I am about to buy a 2003 R1 for £3500, is this the going price for a 15 000mile, but spotless bike? Thank you.
