Hello all, new member here. I just bought a 75 DT400 recently. It runs good but was used mainly for offroading and trail riding so the PO took off most off the body work and electrical stuff. This is the first bike Ive ever owned and I'm hoping I can make it better! I do have a few questions about it, so if anyone could help please head over to that thread Thanks and happy riding!

How do I find help for repair of my 2004 YZF600R? It starts, runs ruff and when it warms up it dies and won't start until it cools down. Could use some advise for resolving its problem. Hello to all members, Tim

Hello everyone! I'm Martin I'm a truck driver and I live in Worthing in West Sussex. This is a great source of information and I'm slowly getting through a lot of the old threads. I've just bought a RED Dt125 LC MK3 I think, for £30. It's a bit of a wreck and it has sat outside for a year. I'll let you know how I get on with it cos I'm sure I'll be asking for help at some point. I've had a DT before but it was stolen! My workmate rebuilt and I bought it off him. I've also got a zx6r in the garage. That's it really? I'll keep you updated when I start to strip the bike down. Thanks

Hello, I'm new to the Yamaha brand, and I'd like to introduce myself. I've owned 3 Honda's, 2 Harley's, 1 BMW, and I recently traded a Triumph T-100 for a new Yamaha SXR900. I've loved all of my bikes, but I must say the SXR is the most powerful and very fun indeed. Here it is from a couple months ago: I've since installed an Akropovic Carbon exhaust, CRG bar end mirrors, and some smaller turn indicators.

Hey Guys Names Tom, got my first ever motorbike today! I wanted something to run around in once I finish my degree. I managed to find an SR125 1993 for £350. Needs some work doing on it such as the front lights. I went to see the bike last Sunday and the guy started it up for me ran fine and everything. However, when it's put into gear it cuts out - he said it was because the electrics are not properly connected (made sense to me BUT is this true?). So anyway, got it home today and it didn't start. It's pretty cold so I thought it could be because I wasn't using the choke. So, I pulled the choke out (and held it as it snaps back on the SR125) ignition on and presse…

Hello, I'm new on here (obviously!!) I came across this site whilst trawling the web as I'm in need of replacing the exhaust on my xv535 and cannot find any reviews or much info on exhausts to buy. I've come across maybe 4 models but there isn't any indication even on if they're road legal! Any help or ideas would be welcome from anyone who has experienced having to buy an exhaust etc. I want something to remain smart looking and not discolour but also sound good without being ridiculously loud it won't pass the MOT. Cheers!

Hello all, Recently acquired an AG100 in need of recommissioning, so no doubt will be looking for plenty of advise. I've previously owned a CG125 which was good fun until it fell apart. I'm looking forward to trying two-stroke ownership now!

What's up ladies and gentlemen! My name is Javier, I'm from California in the San Francisco Bay Area, I had a 2007 Yamaha R6S that I sold not too long ago, but I miss having a bike! So, now I'm looking at picking up a 1986 Yamaha Radian from a class mate who is asking for $500 for it. The porblem is that it needs a "new cam chain" according to him. I've managed to find one on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Yamaha-600-YX-YX600-Radian-Used-Original-Engine-Cam-Chain-Guides-1987-/110965355107 but am wondering if this is the one I need. Also, how much of a pain in the ass it would be to do the work myself? What do ya'll say, should I get the bike and do the work …

Hello folks! Liam here, 25 years old from Gloucestershire and a 2-stroke noob!! I used to have a nice Suzuki Bandit N600 (96 plate), But due to the snow early 2010 I got rid of it and picked up a cheap, very non-cheerful 125 that dealt with the snow fantastically. Since June (when I finally decided to get rid of it for good!), I have been without a bike and earlier this week I managed to bag myself a bargain and am now the proud owner of a 1998 DTR 125! The bike unfortunately had been taken off of the road and turned into a Motocross bike for use in the Rhonda Valley. I do however fully intend to get it up together for road use once again. …

Hello all. Names John and I live in North Yorkshire. I ride a YBR250 to work 5 days a week through the year. I've only had the bike for a few weeks (it replaced a Hysosung GT250 which was too heavy and unreliable). Loving it though it's much much much slower than my last 250. Handles beautifully. Only mod so far is a mud flap on the front fender (why oh why do the manufacturers never make the fender long enough in the first place!?!?!?!) Also thinking of adding a YBR125 to the garage for my wife to learn on (and for me because I'm very weird and like my bikes small).
