Hi there I'm mike and I'm new to all of this and also new to the bike world. I have recently purchased a fzr 400rr and am currently waiting to do my test. I know it sounds a bit odd bike before test but I just fell in love with it. I've done It up with my pal at work and as soon as I'm passed I can't wait to be out there. So that's just a bit about me and I hope I can use this club to get further involved In the world of bikers.

Just came on to have some help but this forum does seem really good and likes to help, which is good, didn't understand how it worked however I have some problems with my ybr 125, where the starter buttons doesn't do anything, no noise or anything, but all electrics work and kick start works fine. I'm 18 in 9 days, and have had a Chinese import previously where I ended up doing a lot of work on it, so I am fairly mechanical minded, but I may with this bike take it to a dealer just wanna see what I can do for myself. I live in medway so if anyone was able to help I would be willing. If you need any other information I will tell. Thanks everyone, Jack

Evening ladies and gentlemen. My name is Tom and funnily enough I'm a ginger. I own, and have done since '08, a Yamaha MT03. By no means is it a standard example and those of you that were on the mtowners.org forum may have spoken to me before or seen the bike. I'm not sure if you like to see progress threads on how a project is getting on but I will be setting one up as I like to show people what can be done with knowledge and the right tools. I don't know everything and although I will try and help anyone out I will not enforce my theory's on to anyone. Unfortunately as the mtowners club has recently closed down I'll have to take some pictures…

Hi Everybody I´m new in this foro and My nick is ExciterSpain.I´m from Spain but I havent got an Exciter. Here, in Spain, this motorbike is called Special. There are some diferences but, in esence, it´s the same.I light custom.I´m very happy whith my bike.Practice to park in towm and you can go for a ride out, not very fast, it´s true, but enought for me.It´s easy to fix and very, very strong. Here, it was very popular between urban deliverys in towns like Madrid or Barcelona for this caracteristics and fuel economy. Nothing else,.I hope to learn a lot about this great bike and the biggest sisters. Hughs

Hi guys, just thought that I would say hello. Im new here, waiting on delivery of a Yamaha YB100. I gave in to pressure from friends that are constantly banging on about two strokes etc etc and how much fun they are. I never saw the attraction myself, and never thought that I would own one. Anyway, after a phone call from a friend over the weekend I ended up buying a 1983 Yamaha YB100. Not quite running, but my mate (phone call) assures me he can get her to live. Hes very good on the spaniards, so I trust him. Been riding for just over 10 years, and own a tuned ZX6R '07. Hopefully get the bike over the next week and then the work starts to get some…

hi everyone, i made a thread in the help section and someone suggested a make an intro thread here. since i was little i've loved the look of classic japanese motorcycles I recently started attempting to rebuild my dad's old 1966 yds he hasnt driven it since the 70s to be honest, i have no experience working on bikes and right now my goal is to get it together and able to start; if i can get to that point i'll replace all the broken/missing/dilapidated parts and try to make it look nice. i've lurked on this site quite a bit and it seems like a great resource of information as well as eyecandy

Hi everyone. I'm a new rider doing my training for my mod 1 & 2 tests and pootling about on my YBR125 Custom. My instructor has decided that I'm not a natural biker and that I look ungainly and unstylish on the bike but at 6 foot 3 they don't have training bikes that fit reasonably sized fellas like me. I just have to get through the tests and then bring on the Dragstar!

Hello everyone, I've had a R125 (second hand) last year and have just bought a MT 125. I loved the R125 although it sounded like a moped and had a problem to the gear box. I really hope the MT won't let me down :-)
