Hey all, I'm Paul. A firefighter from the Philippines. I might be getting my hands on an XS400 this month and was wanting to do it up as a cafe racer. so for now I'm just looking around and gathering as much info as I can I will post pics once I actually get the bike. Bit excited as I've always wanted a bike and this is the first bike I'm actually getting for myself.

  3. Hello all, My name is Marshall. I just got myself into the Yamahas and I am a young lad. I'm only 17 and have the supreme interests into motorcycles. I hope to learn a lot from these forums and at least help diagnose my problem. Dad was always a harley fellow, but got me into cafes like the xs750's. still love them but now I found my home of the enduros. Im a big fan of the Enduros. Favorite of them all except for the adventure bikes (I'm not experienced enough for a super tenere) Now, I got this xt350 after my yz 125 (no job or anything so I had to settle for older bikes) The bike was running but now it feels like a fuel problem like it doesnt want the fuel. It barely id…

Hello ! I just bought a 1975 which turned out to be a 1976 2 stroke DT125c Enduro. I also am getting a 1963 twin 2 stroke street motorcycle. I know they are not exactly new however they are still Yamaha's and are pretty awesome in my view , anyone else with any vintage of any make or dual sport/enduro's ?

Hi all, picked up a 1979 DT175MX a week ago. Been after one for years to relive the joys of 2 stroke and wooden brakes and found a cracker in Cornwall. Everything matching, still ridden regularly off road but in very good condition. Bit of work to do but that can wait until winter, right now just riding her. Card's behind the bar best get in quick as it's almost broken from buying the DT! Grumpy

Evening all, Name is Mohammed, live in Manchester City Centre. Bought my first bike from Yamaha Chesterfield, WR125X Aug 2012. Looking to do the full licence in good time. Just getting a feel of the bike, speed, manuvoures etc etc. Did my first proper long journey today to Chesterfield itself for the bikes first service, all i can say is it was cold!!! Thrilling ride though, shame the 125 lacks top end speed but what do you expect from a 124cc engine??? Took me 1hr 30mins down the A6 non stop, litterly. Very much enjoy the *nod* you give to your fellow riders... nod nod, haha Hope to trade in for 600 when i do pass, something to look forward to i guess. Thats all folk…

Hi everyone, Well I've started now on my little Dragstar project. Mostly because of a 14 year old chav that nicked it and beat it up. Its running ok just cosmetic really so seems ideal time to play about. Its a 125 and I'm not looking to make it faster or something its not, just make it my own and moreso learn about bikes and hopefully the achievement of taking something and making it my own. I have never done so much as change a spark plug but so far I've worked out a few things and I'm happy with progress, but damn sure I'll e getting stuck here and there. I could really use some tips on where to source bits like pedals, mirrors, seat and custom bits…

Hi I'm Anthony and new to this forum so I thought I'd introduce myself and show you a bit of my biking history starting with my first bike the VFR400 Then after a few years a change to the Yamaha R6 but unfortunately a man in a van, couldn't wait to get home and wrote it off (he was late home that Day) So once I'd recovered and decided to get another bike I always wanted one of these, a Honda Fireblade So after 18months of riding the Fireblade I still wasn't happy with it and it had to go. And that's how I ended up with my current bike the yamaha R1 have to say I love it and happSo that's a …
