Hi everyone, I've got a 2009 mt03, I seem to get some oil ending up in the air filter box which can be drained out of the pipe coming out underneath, is this normal or does this mean there is a problem somewhere, would appreciate any advice. Thanks mark.

Hey you guuuuyyyyyssss. I'm new to the Yaha's and motorcycles in general. Just picked up a 1975 DT175 and 1978 DT175MX for a case of beer. Both were parts bikes but between the two I got the 1975 driving pretty well. And I didnt have to pay anything for either bike so its all just for fun. I work as a vehicle maintenance technician for Alta ski resort so I'm familiar with two strokes they just usually have tracks not tires. Can't wait to get to know you guys and girls(unless this is like the VW forums). -Dave

Hello everyone. So I had tires for my R3 delivered yesterday from Canada Post. My usual friendly delivery man noticed the tires and asked me if I rode. I told him I had an R3. He mentioned he had an R1 and told me to sign up here so here I am! I've had my R3 for about a year now. Talk to everyone soon. Cheers! Mason

Hi , I have just bought my first proper bike (40 years too late), SR125 1995 vintage with less than 7000 miles. Are there any points I should look out for, I bought it knowing it is officially only good for about 55mph, but lots of reviews I have read say you can get 60mph easily and some have claimed 70mph. Is there anything I can do to get 60-65, I will not be racing about but would be good to know I could do it if I wanted to. I dont pick up till Saturday so not Ridden it yet. Thanks

Hi there I wrote a post a few days ago, but cannot find it now! Anyway I am new here and ride a 650 XVS Dragstar. I live in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Passed my test last November, but am still relatively inexperienced as I do not have with whom to ride! My husband is about as new to it as I am and rides a Triumph Tiger, but does not appear to want to go out riding much . . . Next month I am doing the two day BikeSafe course as I think any help to make improvements is a good thing! In my previous post I asked if anyone can advise about 'exhaust pipe heat shields' as I have scorched my leathers more than once and even hurt my leg thru them! I am getting better at ava…

greetings to one and all i have just purchased my first big bike after passing my mod 2 test and lo what do i get but a 1991 pre diversion xj600, what a beast of a bike it is. however very heavy , does not like corners and so many issues with it i have decided not to ride it at all but strip it down completely and rebuild it from scratch lol so here i have a bike that works but very poorly so rather than run it into the round which i could do i have decided to use it to further my knowledge of bikes which is not extensive. but i do have a few friends who are practically experts to help me out. of course that does mean i will need to get a bike for me to use in the m…

Hi folks it's been thirty two years since my relationship with my 1977 DT125 came to an end and we split up and went our separate ways. I turned sixteen and had my head turned by a road legal Honda MB5 moped and my DT got a new partner who turned out to be evil and mistreated her badly. Over the years I often wondered about her and kept a photo of me and her together in better times but the void in my heart remained. I searched by registration number for her but found no trace so have to assume she has gone to that great enduro track in the sky. Sure i had other partners along the way but she was never far from my thoughts......If only i could turn back the clock!! Then…

Hello all, i've had quite a few bikes in the past but none supposes this one for the most ugly bike in the world.. The bike does have some history that im trying to find out about - belonging to The Combe Martin Motorcycle Collection at some point in its life – anyone heard of this place? Here it is after i got it home Ive stripped the plastic down to see what the condition is and started looking at starting it.. I've now had it over a year - much to my misses annoyance, i'll be starting a thread for the restoration... hello - i hope i enjoy this ride??

I de restricted the bike and added in new rollers ( 3.3g ) and also added a stage 6 pro replica exhaust, it trys to reach 30mph but cant and only reaches it goes down hills, but when it does reach 30mph the stage 6 exhaust kicks in and it flys right up to 50mph. I've had this bike for a year but it was sitting outside my house for 6 months of that year and ive only really been riding it 4 months. I fitted these things after i went 500miles and they were fitted the other day. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with it and why it isnt getting up to 30mph ???? PLEASE HELP Is it the spark plug ?
