Greetings all! I recently picked up a new Roadliner, and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I was exploring sidecar options to expand the riding experience (primarily w/ the dog), but it was hinted at by one manufacturer that the aluminum frame wouldn't work well with a sidecar. Any thoughts/experience with this?

Hi everyone I have just bought a new 2005 R1 and I have to say that I am delighted with it. I was just wondering what everyones suggestions were for running it in. So far I have done around 100 miles and, as the manual recommends I have been doing my best to keep her below 7000rpm but I have heard conflicting opinions about wether its better to follow the manual or to use more of the rev range. Any opinions/advice would be greatfully received. Cobalt

Hi all I recently bought a 1991 RXS100 for using as a bit of fun. It starts 1st or 2nd kick even after a lay-up and sounds sweet when blipping the throttle at a standstill - no rattles - plug a tan colour. However, once out on the road, in any gear, as soon as the revs get above about 4500rpm (or even less), it starts to vibe quite badly, feeling really strained. You can feel the vibrations through the footrests and bars and it sounds "buzzy"... It does rev out - but it's unpleasant to ride. I wasn't expecting perfect smoothness from even a small single - but I can't imagine this is how it's meant to feel, or they wouldn't have sold so well! The only thin…

Hey guys i'm new here and I just bought my first yamaha. I'm only 17 but i've had 6 or so mopeds and motorcycles since taking my CBT because I get bored and need variety. I bought a 1998 (or '97) RXS100 energy induction for £500 and I must say it's a piece of engineering brilliance. I won't be changing bike soon and it's put me off taking my test since it's got plenty of go for my use. It's so small and has great power for a 100cc. All these other kids ''looking like power rangers'' on their 'sports' mopeds havn't got a chance at the lights. But don't get me wrong i'm no irresponsible boy racer, and plan to keep the rxs as original as possible with no mods. 12 hp, 100cc…

I want to get a nice pair of saddle bags for my 07 v-star 1100. Do I need to get the metal frames to go between the bags and the bike to keep the bags from getting into the rear wheels?

Has anyone fitted a Scotoiler to an 07-08 R1? If so where did you fit the reservoir? I'm thinking about just removing the toolkit and putting the reservoir in the space it leaves under the pillion seat. Any other suggestions?

I've done it! I am PX my 1996 600 Diversion for a brand new 600 Fazer on Saturday. Can't wait. But does anyone know of any decent cut-down seat for one or any reputable companies who would cut down the original seat in the North West. I'm only 5ft 3 and its a little bit tall. OK to ride, but wouldn't want to drop it if I had to stop at a junction with an akward camber. Had a test ride yesterday and I loved it.
