Has anyone else experienced the handle bars shaking on their xj600s diversion? It happened when i took my hand off the handlebars to stretch my back as my backpack was quite heavy. I was going around 30 mph.

I drive a 2005 yzf600r, it has been running fine since February up until recently. a while ago it started bogging down at full throttle or anything over 60mph. I originally tried running sea foam but it didnt help. so I took the carbs apart and cleaned them and put in a K&N air filter, got everything back together, and it ran even worse. It idles fine, but had trouble picking up speed, seemed like it would catch some power for a second and jerk forward and then lose power again. barely went over 40mph. so since i put the new air filter in I found out i was supposed to rejet it because of more air flow. So I took it apart again and rejeted the carbs with a new dynojet …

Hi I has looking at getting a Arrow exhaust for my XJ6n but don't know whether to buy the system that removes the cat or keeps it. I know that in the UK emissions are not tested so a cat is not needed, but if I was to take the bike touring would the de-cat pipe be a problem Or would there be any running problems cat vs de-cat Thanks

Hi All. Greetings, I am new to the club. I am looking for advice on replacing the OEM exhaust on 95 model FZR1000. I need to replace the collector box ( with EXUP valve, due corrosion) but think it may be better to replace the whole system. Any ideas who still make a system for this old model ? Thanks Sean South Africa

There's a full Micron system on the FZR i've bought. I started to fiddle with the fairing, noticed some fixings missing. Upon further investigation, i noticed that the brackets where the bolt positions would be aren't there. Assume these have been removed or were part of the exhaust system. I'll fabricate something up to allow securing of the fairing, tho also looks like the panels have been trimmed at the rear to allow clearance for the system. Anyone else encountered similar?

Just like to announce the evil that had befowled my bike has been undone. It is finally pushing out all of its ponies and a few extra due to a K&N filter. It sounds a lot better aswell now the plates have been taken out of the carbs. Regards

I need to know what the differences are between the 92 and 94 FZR600R. I am looking at two different bikes that can be combined to make one awesome bike and have a few parts lying around. The big piece is if a tranny from a 92 will work on a 94. If there are any little details like the wiring harnesses are different, that will be very helpful to know. Thanks

I'm thinking if buying a Yamaha FZX 250 Zeal. Early as poss after 1992 The first thing to tackle is.....How do I get the seat a bit higher? Thinking about... having extra foam in seat professionally done! It looks dificult because of the smooth design wrapping under the tank. Providing larger wheels. Particularly front wheel. Longer shocks on rear. Any suggestions welcome. RegardZ.

Hi, Thinking about buying an FZ 1 Fazer but need the help of you experts. I am fairly short and would prefer to lower it what can be done? has anyone done this and how ? is a lowering kit available and what are the side affects of fitting one if any. I ride a V Max now and lowered that enough by just changing the seat but they are fairly low to start off with. I have seen some FZ1 lowering kits of up to 40mm advertised on some American web sites and wonder if they are any good. Thanks John
