So, there's this yellow toad wandering around in the forest kinda pissed off because he doesn't want to be yellow. Life would be easier if he were brown like the other toads... He'd sure be less visible to predators for one thing. Anyway... This yellow toad bumps into a fairy godmother. "Fairy godmother, please make me brown like the other toads," begs her. "I'm hacked off being so visible to predators. The stress is like, killing me, you know?" "Okay" says the fairy godmother, who whips out her magic wand and goes: "Abracapokus! You're brown!" The toad looks down and sees that he is brown ! Except..... for his todger, which is still yellow. "Hang about la…

I'm a new rider, just got my license and I'm looking for a bike with more power than the bikes I road in my MSF class, but smaller than a 750. I came across a 1994 Yamaha Virago 535 that from the pictures, appears to be in excellent condition despite having 38,000 miles on it. I'd really like to know if anyone has this bike, how long you've had it, and your thoughts on how it runs and any maintenance issues you've run into. I'm a 5'3 female so I need a bike that sits low and doesn't have too wide of a tank (the Honda Shadow 750 gas tank digs into my inner thigh when trying to reach the brake pedal and gear shift). I also want to avoid getting too heavy of a bike right…

Mot done. All clear. Season begins. I was in the garage fixing the ruddy indicators that decided to stop working till after 10 last night when I was double checking. All I could find in my spares box was a relay from a mk2 escort. Worked would you believe it, older than the tdr same connections etc. Now you can hear the plink plik as they work.

Hiya all. I made a singlespeed-autoclutch trasher into a dirttool to learn my 8YO son safely how to ride mopeds. Started with showing son there is no shame in riding slowly, its ok to highside or lowside as you please. Nephews, friends and girlfriends of both son and daughter joined us, helping to conquer the dirt. Had a few somers great fun untill the bike was utterly worn out. Somewhere a Suzuki LT50 entered the stage, it was mega great fun untill the cylinder started puking pistons. Made a goodlooking frankensteiner, Puch 2speed manual clutch 50cc engine in a DT50MX frame. That lasted only 1 summer.... Next i bought myself a YZ125, refurbished it and had some…

The Yamaha TY 250 Monoshock quickly established itself as the yardstick trials iron . It overcame it's original "too expensive" tag and became the "MUST HAVE" and was the one to beat for years on end. The one shown below is from the original batch but had it's frame, swinging arm and exhaust system chromed too whilst it was sleaved down to 200 cc's to come within the engine size permitted for B Class (younger 11 > 13 yearolds) Youth's

Thought I'd drop in and say hello. Currently riding an FZS1000 Fazer and a 2002 YP250 Majesty scooter. Also considering buying an SRX400. Any comments on this, anyone? I fancy something a bit different and it seems to fit the bill, but I don't know much about them. Any advice greatly appreciated. Cheers TJ

Hey all, Just pick up my first bike yesterday, Yamaha YZF-R6. Its on a 02 plate with just over 10,000miles on the clock. The bike is in great condition, very clean & tidy. Has been lowered with upgraded adjustable forks, full Yamaha service history & a full tank. I paid £2,650 for it, which I thought was really good, what you think? Just have a few questions really. I am looking for a aftermarket can, any ideas which is a good one, dont want anything too loud, nice rumble tbh. Also, it is an import so the odo is in km/h is there a way I can change it to mph. Heard someone say that you can send it off to get it changed over, is that true? …
