Hi, I'm looking for a top box/case for my XJ6, I already have the rack, but I don't really want to pay yamaha prices for a box as it won't get used very often. I have found http://www.motorbikesandparts.co.uk/givi-topbox-rack-for-yamaha-xj6a-and-diversion-09-p-20026.html , but just wondered if anyone else had fitted a non-yam one and if so who's make and how much? All advice appreciated as always.

What was the result????? I realise I could wait a couple of weeks and watch endless repeats of the show on Dave, but I really can't be bothered with watching Sir Jeremy Clarkson lord Knobhead of wankersville. In the real world the BMW ought to have spanked the car, but as this is Top gear, my guess is that they fixed the race for the car to just win. Am I right?

I can't remember who suggested it but it was on here just after Clarkson got suspended. I remember thinking what a good Idea and now its happened brilliant! I think top gear needed some new blood and fresh ideas I'm sure Guy will do a fantastic Job http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2015/05/03/katie-hopkins-tweet-royal-baby-birth-name-charlotte-diana_n_7198220.html

TOP TIP: Save money on expensive anti-theft markers by wanking all over your bike. Not only will it show up under ultra-violet lamps but it will contain your own unique DNA as a way of tying you to your beloved. sorted

  11. Having just suited and gloved up yesterday my phone rang. I got it out of my bag easily enough but then disaster ! The glove material is an electrical insulator so wouldn't activate the touchscreen and I didn't really want to de-glove.but it was an important call that I needed to take. I thought initially that my nose would suffice just to answer the call but regrettably my nose appears to be clad in skin that is also an insulator ( and I have been blessed with a nose that would give Karl Malden a run for his money so hitting the intended spot would have been a challenge anyway ). In desperation I decided that my tongue would have to do. I did manage to answer the call bu…

Thought this was nice pic of the RD and a friend`s 2014 Kawa Z1400 at the beach for breakfast. That 1400 spitting out 208hp..around the same as a new Golf GTI, after he fitted aftermarket exhausts and power commander(every gear feels like first gear).

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and wanted to say hello. I'm in the process of buying a 06' royal star tour deluxe. Does anyone know if I will be able to install a stereo on it? Is there an after market setup? Or can I buy something from yamaha.

Hi all, Going to France in May with a firm called `British Bike Tours`, going to the `Bridge in the Sky` tour. and because this is my first time abroad on the bike..FZ2 600, going with a mate as well, we chose to go on an organised tour first. My reason for this thread is that i would like any feed back from any bikers who have been to France, even to the Bridge in the Sky tour, on advice of what to take on these tours? books to get maybe, places to visit, tips on anything really. I think that if it all goes so well in May we will try on our own to do another trip, so any feed back greatly appreciated please!

If you could hop on your steed and become a 'day tripper'/'weekend wanderer', where would you most like to visit ? this would be one of my choices The late John Lennons old house http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://static.flickr.com/50/129027849_00e4eaca8e_o.jpg&imgrefurl=http://bloggerparty.com/liverpool_capital_of_culture_tour_mendips_john_lennons_childhood_home&h=480&w=640&sz=112&tbnid=l_rgBw2DUo8p8M:&tbnh=103&tbnw=137&prev=/images%3Fq%3Djohn%2Blennons%2Bhouse&zoom=1&q=john+lennons+house&usg=__j9EfdlInQkTQ_Pcy8np-uYfN5HQ=&sa=X&ei=VDGuTLLmBaSU4gbCy9mMCA&ved=0CCIQ9QEwAg

Hey all, In the middle of a restoration project (not a yam so haven't bored you with the details) & it's got me thinking about some bikes that have been in the family over the years. Is there any way to see if bikes are still around using the Reg? Thanks Vic
