Im 16 years old and want to get a bike, i've ridden a manual before a couple of time but not much, however i want to get a manual bike first because then when im 17 i will be confident doing gears and so can do my full test. Ive found a Yamaha FS1 50cc for sale, does anyone know any faults that i should look out for on this bike? Or does anyone have a 50cc manual bike for sale with M.O.T? Thanks, Andy.

Hi Everyone, Just popped in to say hello I am new to this and biking I just bought myself an second hand Yamaha Tw 125 in purple (love the colour) on a 53 plate which I love to bits. I have only done 76 miles so far on the bike and touch wood nothing happend . I no its not the fastest 125 out there but its fast enough for me 50 mph .Just a question may I ask, I want to but a top box on to fit my bike cover / chain for when I take it to work do I need to fit a bike rack or the three bolts on the back mudgared work with just the top box ... Hi all, can someone tell me what the difference is between a XT600Z Tenere 1VJ and 2RW ?

I cant get the electric start to work properly. it turns the engine but very is very weak. it will make a crank or two but then it runs out of juice. i just put a new battery in it. i dont have a kick starter but it push starts just fine. i feel like a just wasted money on a new battery. could it be a dying starter or maybe something is draging in the engine? i dont know where to start

hi all, does anyone have or know where i can get a front brake caliper for my rd? its the only bit i need to put this little beauty back on the road. or does anybody know if the revised mk2 caliper will fit? thanks

First off, hi, new to the site, I have just bought a DT125R, 2001 model, that I bought froma friend who bought it as a non runner, sharted restoring it, sat in his garage 2 years and gave up lol, so, I have taken on the challange and so far so good, however, the rear caliper is seized, and he has broke it trying to remove it, can anyone recommend any dedicated breakers that specialise in DTR's etc? or does anyone know how much the cost of one would be new???

So, I installed Rizoma Zero-11's on my Triumph. Ever since I purchased the bike I have disliked the stock front signals. I know its' not a Yamaha, so many of you may not care, however, if you are looking to put new signals on your bike I would recommend the Rizoma's. They were a breeze to install, and look fantastic. They're also bright as hell, as you can see from this video: (Not my bike btw)

Hi all i have just bought a rd 50 but the engine numbers and frame dont match they are nearly the same the both start with 5L3 do the rd yams have the same frame and engine number if any one can let me know that would be great or if there is a site were i can tell if check what bikes they are off cheers

hi i have a yamaha yb100 1988 and when i top up the oil it only lasts for about 5 gallons does this sound right to you?
