Dump the male flight attendants. No one wanted them in the first place. Replace all the female flight attendants with good-looking strippers! What the hell, they don't even serve food anymore, so what's the loss? The strippers would at least triple the alcohol sales and get a 'party atmosphere' going in the cabin. And, of course, every businessman in this country would start flying again, hoping to see naked women. Because of the tips, female flight attendants wouldn't need a salary, thus saving even more money. I suspect tips would be so good that we could charge the women for working the plane and have them kick back 20% of the tips, including lap dances and 's…

Hello everyone. Just found this forum by Googling "XVS1100 forum." I've owned my 03 XJR from new, just bought an 04 Dragstar 1100 with 6K on the clock. (Easier for my good lady to get on with all the luggage on board.) Still got the XJR though. A question. Is there a secret easy way to adjust the rear shocker on the XVS, or is the knuckle-skinning method with the seat removed the only way? Back soon.

FIRST I'D LIKE TO SAY I'VE RIDDEN OVER 30 YEARS AND HAD MANY BRANDS OF MOTORCYCLES. I PURCHASED THIS (RSTD) A FEW MONTHS AGO.IT IS KIND OF HEAVY BUT DOES HANDLE WELL ONCE ROLLING.THE FACTORY PLUGS WERE NEVER IN ALL THE WAY TO THE HEADS MY THOUGHTS ARE THEY WERE PUT IN WITH A REGULAR SOCKET BUT YOU NEED A THIN WALL SOCKET TO DRIVE THE PLUGS ALL THE WAY TO THE HEADS.I CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER(OIL IS 20-50 CASTROL AND THE FILTER IS A PURLATOR THAT FITS VTX ,WINGS BY THE LONGER ONE ).PULL OUT THE FACTORY PLUGS( THERE CHEAP)PUT IN NGK.I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE TAIL LIGHT SO I ADDED SOME RED LED'S STRIPS ON THE CHROME FENDER SUPPORTS AND CONNECTED THEM UNDER THE DRIVERS SEAT…

probs the wrong place for this, but when will there be an arranged ride out around the Lancashire area?... If any1 wants me to try arrange something, let me know whos interested... Weathers looking crap this weekend :-( Last wkend was great!.. got out on sat and sunday, totalled about 4hrs I'd say, also had to use the reserve tap for the first time as my brother must've re-set the mileage at some stage... duh!.. and of course, it had to happen at the worst place... (roundabout junction) lol Just out of interest, what range is there on reserve?... (assuming you're riding economically!) regards, -Mits-

I got an xs450, but there is nothing securing the seat to the frame. There are some tongues that the seat slides into, and there is another vertical *thing* that the seat has a tongue slides into... but it just rests in there. I tried putting a screw/bolt in there and it got stuck. Is something supposed to go there?
