New forums for only xj600 seca II owners. As a member of this forum I realized the necessity of a Seca II forum and created one. Hopefully we can help each other out and also shoot the breeze. http://seca2.forumup.org

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, The California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The gravesite was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. …

'It's very brave of you to come out here,' says Matthew. 'Please tell the audience what happened?' 'Well' replies Simon 'about a year ago, I was driving with my uncle when we had a really bad accident. Unfortunately my uncle was killed outright but I survived. I was trapped in the car for six hours before I was eventually cut free.' 'The doctors had me in surgery for 12 hours but they couldn't save my legs.' 'That's terrible. But I see you have legs now. Are they artific…

Hi All, I have just bought a 1990 FZR 600 Genesis , and not had a Yamaha before, and have a few questions : Is there a difference between the FZR600 and the Genesis ? are parts interchangeable ? The bike had a crash (with my nephew on it) which smashed the full fairing / screen /Clocks etc, is there any particular place I can get replacements? Everything else on the bike is fine, is there any peculiarities or endemic problems that I should watch out for ? Tks Anthony

I repeat i know jack about motorbikes other than they looked cool in Akira and i wanted one since. The question is this, does the bike have somewhere where i can store the helmet? Thanks in advance, flame is you want, you cant hurt me no more than the GF when i broke the news to her w000t.

I am a new rider and I feel like I am doing pretty good except that I accidently give the bike gas when i am braking sometimes. Everyone who has looked at my bike says that the brake lever is too far a reach for my hands. The yamaha dealer in town says that they do not know of any way to adjust this other than having someone heat the aluminum brake lever and slightly adjust the shape. This will however weaken the metal possibly causing it to snap. This really unnerves me when it happens but I do not know how to fix it. Does any one know of any brake levers that will fit a Yamaha 250 Virago that has a steeper angle ( making it closer to the throttle)??????

Hi all, Iv got an R1 2001 with a harris high rise race can on it, but still got the normal headers with the exup valve. I have seen a set of micron full race headers and link pipe for sale, but im not sure if my harris can would fit as it has a long link pipe on it. It has been dyno jetted and has a K&N fillter fitted, i was thinking of taking the exup valve out to see if it makes any differents, to save me getting race headers. On the dyno it made 151 bhp on the crank and 138 on the back wheel. Has anyone taken the exup valve out , if so how much (if any) differance did it make. Your input would be very useful to me, ta, Tonyj

Seems like the powers that be want to bring in speed limiters and other things to take some of the control of bikes out of the riders hands, not good i think, if you object please sign the mulhouse decleration http://campaign.publicaffairsbriefing.co.u...1f-8f18b73ecd92 A clip from the MAG website EVSC - ISA - No To Throttle Control - No To Control MAG re launches its 2001 campaign to oppose the compulsory fitment to privately owned vehicles of any device designed to arbitrarily remove control from the driver to remote operation and asks all vehicle users to sign the Mulhouse Declaration. MAG President Ian Mutch was emphatic about the issue. "Let's keep …

Hi to everyone I've got a 1991 yamaha FZ 750 an I'm looking for some ideas to spruce it up a little. When I bought it it was missing all of its fairings. I bought the neccesary parts but they will need to be painted. I thought about trying to make it look larger at the front as well as a complete paint job. If any of you have any ideas about what I could do it would be nice. Thanks Paul
