Hi everyone. hailing from Milwaukee, WI in the states. i just picked up a '92 Seca II yesterday. it sure isnt the quickest thing on 2 wheels but is pretty fun to ride, and i dont need to go that fast anyways! just wanted to pop in and say hi. and i'll try to get some pics up in a bit.

Every new member needs an intro.. So here it is.. Name's Joe, from Rochester NY.. Im 29 and have been ridin for the better part of 16 years, been on the street for 12. Ive got a built Yamaha FZR600 streetfighter. (yeah yeah I know, noone can polish those turds). Well the only thing left thats orig is that main frame. Everything else is not FZR.. The list is way too long to type right now but it does have some goodies. Hey there, As I was pulling into work today I noticed my rev counter being a bit of a nob. While rolling to a stop in neutral I spotted my rev needle snapping to 0-1,500-4,000 rev point while bike just sat there in idle, I'll have a link to the video in the bottom, But basically wanted to know if it was a sign of something bad or if the clocks are just on their way out. I am looking at buying an 01 roadstar that has 28000 miles on it. It has some nice bags on it, pasaanger and rider back rests, engine guards with cruise pegs, floor boards, tinted windshield, vance and hines exhaust pipes, and several other customs items on it. It is a champaigne color. The caples are the braided one. The dealership is asking $7500 for it. Is that a good price for one?

i have a 01 yzf600r and durring a ride the engine will loose spark and will cut off if i let it sit for a while it will start back up but the relay assembly 4tv-81950-00-00 starts clicking. the bike doesnt do it every ride, just about once a month, but when it acts up it will do it for the whole day. Any help would be great!

ive just bought an 02 r1, done about 200 miles since ive owned it,am having trouble engaging first gear ,sometimes, lots of clutch noise & clunky gear shift has anybody had similar problems & sorted them if so i would like to hear from u

Hi all. I used to own a CBR 600 f sport... with a steering damper.. However i wrote that off and now own a 03 R1 it has no steering damper but the front feels SO LIGHT! the handle bars are all over the shop is this normal for r1's is there anything i can do its apart from add a steering damper.

Hey guys.... maybe someone can help me here... This is going to sound really dumb but I just got my Road Star and I can't figure out how to lift the seat. I know you turn the key to lift, but then what? Like i said, may sound dumb but I can't figure it out! Thanks

I have a 03 yz250 that has a hesitation on hard excelaration , it has a no. 50 pilot jet I tryed a 52 and even moved the needle all the way up and it will still hesitate.So I'm not sure if I need to go up a size on the pilot your if there mite be something else I'm missing.The reeds are v force and are all good it has a FMF gnarly pipe and a eline stator and these came on the bike so I dont know how it ran befor they were put on.Thanks for any idears!

I have a 03 yzf r1. the problem I have is after ridding at a perlonged high rpm. the bike wont idle. if i ride normal it runs fine. i was thinking intake leak but the problem isnt consistent enough. any ideas would be helpful thanks

Just bought a 05 R1 from a friend. Wouldnt start so got it on the cheap. Finally got the neutral light to come on but now when i try to start the bike, kickstand up clutch in all a get is a click then the insturement cluster goes blank. let off the ignition insturement cluster comes back on as if i just turned the key to on. Any help would be appreciated.

ok on my r6 my clocks said i was doing 175 . how accurate is that ?? ive seen one on utube doing 290khm that 180 mph

Hi Guys, I'm actually from US and registered here on the forums to get some advice and help. I recently just bought an 06 r6 blue and have been in love with the white/red color combo. Now I want to convert my bike into that color combo. Do you think it'll be cheaper for a paint body shop to replica such a color or would it be smart of me to just buy all the parts from UK. If anyone is selling please advice. I would really appreciate the help and info. Thanks Oz

Hey guys So my RH indicators flashing faster than my left.. heres what i did. * Replaced Indicators altogether - RH side still Blinking faster * Intermittently when I use the Hazzard lights (both LH & RH flash in unison) it shorts my indicating system and i have to restart my bike to fix it. * If the Hazards don't short out both the LH & RH blink at the correct speed when using the hazards.. Any ideas???

Right then, just a quick one, R6 has had the run-in service a year ago. Is the service schedule every 6000 miles or every 12 months whichever is sooner? Stoopid question I know!?!
