I think I'm having issues with my Regulator/Rectifier, my bike keeps blowing up headlight bulbs, I took my Regulator/Rectifier out and the pins where covered in green corrosion, after sanding that off and cleaning them I don't wanna put it back in yet before I make sure it's functional. Does anyone know how I should test it? My user manual just says to check the batery voltage whilst it charged from the running engine.

I’ve tried searching the web loads and asked lots of questions to the sellers on eBay but no one wants to say “yes the one will work for you”!!!! Can anyone recommend one to me? I’m also changing the battery to a lithium ion too. Any help will be appreciated, thanks G

I've been looking online at the much needed oil filter relocation kits. There are several brands and types. Question is which one does the best, looks the best and the better at working on. Anyone have any comments on the one they got. I'd appreciate any and all comments. Thanks

Well, it has come to the 11th November again and I'm sure all our hearts and minds are with all those in the armed forces, past and present. I thought I'd start the topic off by posting a picture of my buddy Paul, 3 Commando Brigade, Royal Marines, who is serving today. If anyone else has any friends, relatives, etc, that are serving right now, or have served, and wants to post something, then here's the place to do so. We Will Remember Them. Chris

I bought a R1 last year from the local Yamaha dealer and paid for Datatagging. I thought nothing more of it until I changed my insurance this year, I was asked to send of the Datatag details but it turned out the dealer hadn't registered the Datatag number as belonging to me. I rang Datatag to register the number and it turns out that the number is already registered and the dealer had put an incorrect number on the bike!! My question is, can the numbers be changed without ruining the bike or do I need to get solicitors involved in claiming the cost of the bike back?? Any help will be appreciated Matt

Hello Guys Well I done it, took my bike test back in October 2012 on WR125x and passed and now I have a XJ6N with a restrictor fitted. When the time comes I will want to remove restrictor, is this an easy job to do, or will I have to take bike to a Yamaha dealer? Any help would be much appreciated.
