I just triked out my 2007 Morphous because I have more money than sense! Regardless, It looks cool and I am having a blast just watching the expression on people's faces when they see it as I roll down the road at 65 mph. Some chrome, some graphics next and I'll post a pic soon.

Hi, I'm a newbie to biking and this forum so, firstly hi to all. I've bought an '88 YX600 Radian as my first ride which on the whole is pretty good for the year however I had to replace the clutch plate gasket as there wasn't one - only sealant which stopped the oil leak. I noticed there was a distinct smell of petrol in the oil. The bike has not been extensively used over the last few years and I was told the carb diaphram may be letting petrol down through the piston rings into the sump?? Could anyone give me a bit of advice on this one. Thanks in advance, Paul.

Hey folks... I need to stiffen the rear suspension on the divvy as carrying quite a bit of gear. I've told it's just a big C spanner and a wee twist. Any pointers, can't find much in my documents. Cheers All! C.

Hi all Just thought i would put up a post and let you all know that i have pasted the 1000 mile mark on my YBR125. The "Beast" as the lads at work call it is going strong and it hardly feels like 5 mins since i picked my new shine bike up and hoped and clunked home for the first time. Blitz

Thought this part number decoder might be useful: Part Number in the format XXX-XXXXX-XX-XX XXX-XXXXX-XX-XX The first three digits are the Model Code (every model in the Yamaha Product Line has a unique model number) all parts are given a Model Code of the first model they were used on. XXX-XXXXX-XX-XX The middle five digits are the Basic Code number and indicates the actual part, i.e. 11631 = piston; 11311 = cylinder, etc. "W" substituted in the first position of this five-digit group (000-W0000-00-00) indicates a factory assembled kit which differs in content from the original assembly used in production (i.e. 2M0-W0046-00-00 – Rear Break Pad @$$’y)…

As some of you will know, due to an accident a few years ago and no money I've been lazy in booking my DAS after 4 years on a CBT BUT I've been training this week at Ridesure at Dunsfold park, great place to learn as they've got the whole facility off road and good bikes (unlike some I saw at the test centre...) So far I can't recommend them enough! Started yesterday and completed by MOD 1 with 1 minor (not looking for cars whilst taking it off the stand for the manual handling.... ) Got my Mod 2 booked next Wednesday and would be lying if I said I was 100% confident, but the CBF 500 that I've been on is far more stable and confidence inspiring than the SR! …

Im wanting to change my rear light to an intragrated indicator light as im wanting a tail tidy and it seems like trying to put the indicators on there is abit of a pain. The light I have found is on eBay it seems to be the only 1 there haha is it any good and will it just swap straight over? I also found some angle eyes on the net but on a German web site same sketch with this really are they any good and will they swap over? I have no idea at all about bikes or even electrics. I wana do it my self so I can learn and it's cheaper haha I would be great full for any help.

Hi all, I'll about to start using my shiny new (8 year old) TTR around town, but I'm more than a litle concerned that one only needs to unscrew the cap from the plastic tank, if they wanted to siphon off some fuel. So my question is this: Is it possible to lock a TTR tank? I could of course mod something done on another bike, mod my own fuel cap, or buy a locking fuel cap outright. I haven't yet found one online, and so to the forum I have flown (as they say). Cheers

Hey peeps the back end of the XJ turbo is more or less ready to go back on, the wheels and frame are going down to Rolling Art in swindon to be refurbished and the forks are going to Philpots in luton, theres only a few things left to source and the puzzle is complete, one of these parts is the rear brake shoes springs, the rear brake shoes are EBC Y515s, the old ones were rust as hell and i want to make sure i get the springs right to prevent any chance of failure
