Lost the kley to my DTR 125 steering lock the version where the locks on the steering coloumn not with the igniction, tried screwing a screw into the barrel to wrench the whole thing out but wont budge does any1 know how i can do it other than throwin my baby on the floor and jumping on the wheel like its sum sorta piece of #@&$. msg me bak plz. Well it's been 3 or 4 years since I've been skiing @ Mt. Hood Meadows resort......always liked this view from just the parking lot .... It definitely coulda been clearer for weather, but the temps & wind I sure couldn't complain about! For my fellow 2-wheel Compadre's.....This is only 1 reason I Love to Ski! ... As you can see, Mt. Jefferson & the 3 Sisters are fairly clear in view..... Those mountains are halfway down the state of Oregon. But on a really clear day, I've seen Mt. Shasta waaay off in the distance ......that's over an 8 hour drive clear down in California! 1 more from a different, more challenging run..... …

alright! got my YZ400 cylinder... plopped right on without any worries. the cylinder head studs are a shorter length than the DTs, but i have yet to try and remove the studs from one of my DT cylinders to see if i can pull them off. if i can, i could swap them out. the reed cages are different, although the early YZs and DT bikes seem to use the same reeds according to boyesen. so there will still be a bit of research, and parts sourcing... but it's a good start it seems. the head plopped right on too, save for the stud length. just the debate is whether i use a DT series piston, or a YZ series piston? i am leaning towards the YZ series. although i don't have a year…

Hi all my first post here so hello to u all:) Ive had my bike 2 years now and i have my first problem with it, When im in 2nd gear and start to open bike up it feels like im missing a few teeth on my sprockets this only happens in 2nd gear so im thinking my gearbox is bust. Does anyone know how much a rebuild costs? or is it worth me trying to find a spare? any help would be great, summer is on the way and i want it sorting out:)

I i like the exhaust i have now with the R1, but im wondering what other options i have for my bike. My g/f who owns a Vstar1100 Custom S.E (04) said my bike sounds like a snowmobile (ouch hurt me, and my bikes feelings) her bike didnt sound so sweet either until she got her aftermarket pipes put on.
