Hi all. Have just finalised design (in me head!) for my next tat. Gonna be down my right hand side, pretty much full length of my side. But i'm really aware that its gonna hurt like hell cos of the area (though it'll be worth it!) has anyone else had ink done in similar area - was it sore? Goff, know you're the resident ink expert - maybe you can advise? Don't think that anything will put me off the idea, but just curious about how sore its gonna be!

Hi all, I just bought a new motorcycle jacket (I say new, it's my first and only jacket). I bought it used off eBay and I went be the size I take in a suit, 38. So the jacket arrived today and it is SUPER tight... nearly a struggle to get it closed. Below is the eBay auction I won and a mobile photo of my wearing the jacket fully zipped. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260670671122&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

I have a 1974 dt 175, but the key it came with was not the original, which works the ignition switch, but not the petrol cap or the steering lock, all of which have the same number stamped into them, so I presume one key did the lot. It would be good to have such a key, if only for the steering lock. But is it possible to get such a key cut from the number stamped on the locks and switch?

Hi all, I've just bought a '93 FZR600 (my first Yamaha) so I thought it would be rude not to find a Yammy forum and join. I first rode a bike in the sunny summer of 1978 - it was a Maserati - but I'm by no means a seasoned veteran and I'm certainly no racer. I've done a couple of trackdays though and I don't mind the odd venture off road either (purposefully if possible). In short I like to bimble around the twisties and catch up on all the bullsh!t at the burger stops. I'm in the North West, close to some darn good biking roads, which is nice. Take it easy and ride safe.

Basically im looking to do my a2 test early next year so i will have a full restricted licance and iam possibly considering buying the new 2008 ninja as it has 33 bhp and that is all you can have with that licence, but ive heard and read that the age limit is going up to 19..... is this true? Gonna buy myself a new set of two piece leathers. Anyone got any recommendations? Not wanting to spend a fortune (ideally £500 or less) and was looking at either Arlen Ness or Hein Gericke suits - anyone else use this kit?

Hi all, Thought I let you all know about a good find that i've had. If anyones after a new set of leathers for the summer i'd try Cissbury Leathers in Findon, West Sussex. I've just got hold of a brand new RST race suit for £200. Granted it's last years model but who cares right?????? They were £400 last year and i've looked all over the net and the closet thing to them is £300. They've got various colours. Also got a pair of RST GP race gloves for £42 (reduced from £70ish). Interested...... it's www.cissburyleathers.co.uk Cheers, Foxy

hey guys... new to the forum... seems like a pretty cool place. i got my first yamaha last week. it needs a lot of help, but should be a fun overall project.. it's a 1976 DT400. own a number of other machines, but this one is pretty greek to me (a bunch of little bits like compression releases that i have never messed with before, and apparently a 6 volt electrical system). i am hoping to build a street tracker out of the thing... just think that would be pretty fun way to go with it, and look pretty sharp in the process. figured i would find people who know more than i do on here, and attempt to pick some brains, and add what i can to the forum while i am at it. well,…
