Hi all, Just wanted to say hello and ask a question. For the last 3 years i've owned a Peugeot Vivacity 100cc scooter (it's for sale on Ebay) and use it to get to work on. Anyway i want to take my bike test, but need a geared bike to get a bit of practice and take my test on. I was looking at a Jinlun JL125-11 for the style, but thought i might as well buy a cheap Yamaha SR125 instead. Ive not bought anything yet, but will do in the next week. Can someone please tell me the seat hight on the SR125 ?

Guys, I know you get innundated with requests such as this, daily, so all I am asking is for you to read this, and if you feel you want to - follow the link, if you feel you would like to help then please do so - every little bit helps no matter how small. In August this year I'll be leaving the comfort of my home to ride my XT660Z Tenere 9000 miles through 24 countries in around 25 days - ALONE! I'm sure I don't need to tell you that's Iron Butt territory. It's pretty much a run against the clock, so I'm not going to be able to enjoy many of the sites Europe has to offer, that is my sacrifce. During this trip I'll be raising funds for ChildLine, this is a …

I've been looking at what people are saying they are paying for their insurance- and it's been pretty steep. I've only been quoted fully comp 280, tptf 162. ive just passed and the bike is a fzs600 with 1 yr no claims. Is this right or am I seeing things?

Hi, I have bought a 2003 R1 a little while ago and it had a bit of a clunk changing from 1st into 2nd since I got it. But now its as if I am noticing it more and more. Its a definite clunk at low speeds of 25-45mph and then more of a pinging sound between 45mph and up. I have been told by a few people that this is a normal noisy R1 gearbox and that lots of them do it. I was also advised that my chain might be too tight when I'm sitting on it, but it looks fine to me... Have any of you have any suggestions or should I begin to worry??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi everyone I was hoping today was going to be a happy day for me but not to be. I had my test this morning at 9.40 and all week doing my das course I was getting on great but yesterday for some reason I couldn't get my u-turns, today however I was at the training school at 7 am and I practiced until it fell into place. Then when I started my test I couldn't beleive how smoothly it went, all my manouvers were perfect until 10 minutes to go I stalled the bike at a junction, the bike was in second I was sure I had it in first and I ran over the give way and he failed me boohoo. Apart from theat I got one other minor fault.......Gutted absolutely gutted.
