My son recently crashed his pw 50... he's ok just had a bruise, however he snapped his on off switch, I went to see my local yamaha dealer to order a new one, it had to be back ordered... they can't give me a solid answer of when it will be in, I want him to be riding now, anyone have any ideas of how i can make this thing work I would greatly appreciate the advise, thanks!

how do you put yr bike information on yr page ?

The top of my DT 175 cylinder head has a port for the spark plug going in vertically, but it also has another port going in at 45 degrees (blanked off with a bolt). The only thing I can think of is for a decompressor which if I remember rightly was to help kick over large engines, and I seem to remember as a young lad that some of the trials bikes had decompressors. So, what is that 45 degree 2nd port for, and how are decompressors used when riding trials bikes? The correct answer wins a good feeling in the pit of their stomach, haha. Doug

Hi i'm trying to find an old XS250 and have tried ebay and bike trader etc but had no luck, does anyone know of a site or dealers in the south (west sussex) that i can try that sells old bikes and classics? Hi there guys I'm new to the yamaha owners club and wanted to know if anyone knew of any good methods of increasing performance for my R125 it's brand new this year (so its an eleven plate) And I wanted to try and increase the power if possible, Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi all I've seen some diffrences in data on the Yamaha XS 400. Some models (from EU) have 27hp and some have 38hp. Does anyone know how i can tell if my bike is one of the restricted ones? And how are they restricted? Is it possible to remove? Mine is a 1980 XS400

Have recently bought an 07 XT125R but when riding in moving traffic it lacks abit of topend speed. Am looking to sit test before October but am wondering how to get a few more HP out of it to keep up with moving traffic. Any ideas greatly received.
