Afternoon Here's a thoroughly dull question for you. I'm replacing the front disc on the 125 and need to change the bolts as they look a bit shoddy. Can I get some in the same dimensions from a local nut & bolt dealer or would they need to be specifically Yamaha / motorcycle specific?

Does anyone know if dragstar front forks will fit an XJ 650??? I have bought an XJ trike and I really don't like the front end, I thought of using the dragstar front end as it's a lot cleaner and less cluttered..... If anyone has any other ideas, please shout up...... Bertie

HI all Newbie just found this site and was hoping it could help :hail: Looking for a Brake Caliper Right hand Side. Just aqquired the bike and was doing the brakes and when I went to bleed it I realised too late that the nipple had seized. I have tried eazy outs and snapped the bloody thing flush I tried to drill it out but overdone it and drilled too deep hence Ballax caliper. Anyone know where I could obtain a replacement shes a twin disc and it has to be a right hand fitting.

Hey all, I have an '05 R6 engine installed to a formula series race car, which I'm looking to change the front sprocket on. I've been looking for somewhere to buy a 11t or 12t front sprocket but dont seem to be able to find one. I have seen mentions of these sprockets on forums but the smallest I can find is a 14t from Talon (which we already have). Can anyone help as to where the best place to look/ask is? Thanks

A family is at the dinner table. The son asks his father, "Dad, how many kinds of boobs are there? The father, surprised, answers, "Well, son, there are three kinds of breasts. In her 20s, a woman's breasts are like melons, round and firm. In her 30s to 40s, they are like pears, still nice but hanging a bit. After 50, they are like onions". "Onions?" "Yes, you see them and they make you cry." This infuriated his wife and daughter so the daughter said, "Mum, how many kinds of 'willies' are there?" The mother, surprised, smiles and answers, "Well dear, a man goes through three phases. In his 20s, his willy is like an oak tree, mighty and hard. In his 30s and 40s, it …

My son bent his forks on his little FS1se 50cc chop, well an off duty traffic cop ran into him - coppers fault as always of course, and well Im stumped. I cant suss out how to unassemble them. Taken top cap off and there appears to nothing else to loosen remove just one big pull to seperate fork leg and stantion. Anyone know if the fork legs are the same as another model, the stantions are ok forks bent and to be honest a little rough so replacement ones would be benefitial although current ones could be straightned and still pass MOT. Cheers FrankG Oh what fun we adults have playing with our childrens toys !!!!

I have added an inline fuel filter to my 1993 Fzr600 foexeye. I t was running great after I serviced it and then I added the filter and I know I am probably answering my own question here but it is now hard to start and running quite rough like its being starved of fuel. When I bought the filter I asked if it mattered it it didnt sit fully vertical as I knew it would sit on a diagonal but leaning more towards the horizontal. First of all did it need one? Bearing in mind bike has lay for approx 7 years Secondly will it not being totally vertical obstruct the flow of fuel? I presume there is one in the tank just before the fuel exits into the pipe but then again…

I need to know the routing of the fuel & vacuum lines. I have a CD manual but doesn't show me anything. Does someone have a diagram that would help me. Once thats done air filter and battery and we'll see what happens . Thanks

I apologize in advance if this topic has been discussed add nauseum; I tried a search of the forums and came up empty. With extra additives being pumped into our gas, in particular ethanol, are any of you experiencing problems. I have been told by a few Yamaha owners that if the bike sits for a week or two there may be problems starting. It has been suggested to add a little Marvel Mystery Oil to the gas as well as octane booster. From what I've read, there is no need and no benefit to use fuel above an octane level of 87 (US) (PON) if your bike is factory designed for 87 octane, thus why use octane booster. I'm riding a V Star 1300 just purchased two days ago. Do …
