  9. Hi mate i used to work for a company that had a powder coaters and had alot dealings with it and who ever you use make sure you talk to folk who been there and had work done!! As if its not done right its a expensive nightmare but a good hard wearing finish if done right. And take all bearing of because its baked on after powered put on and it drieds the bearings and melts any rubber seals on the bearings.

that be great exup freak me email is [email protected] now ex works engine sounds great but not sure if i'd want the unrideable bike for the road. the way its going at mo it just having top rebuild and and maybe back to local dyno shop as they can play with jetting a bit more for more horses.. replacing my valve stem seals due to using to much oil and found that had all ex valves bent and 4 inlets bent and had to re-sim them all last year and think thats whats caused it..

One way to stop this is buy a nice set of stainless down pipes and race can.get rid of the exup valve all together o and give yourself a few more horses!!!
  21. well mate put the tank on or wirer it up.. i'd say the clocks are electrical so i'd be more likely be that cause.. couple of mates work for yamaha so if your still stuck in next few days i'll see they can help..
  22. Stainless the way to go mate.. I found a bloke on ebay and bought a mix of 200 bolts, washers and nuts.. I had deep socket heads but also did pan heads and there where £20ish.. Cheap as chips..
