  1. Well said that man, poeople but time and effort and even research into answering posts in order help to solve problems. I have done it myself many many times, it used to get my goat too NEO, keep going to the seemingly urgent request for help, only to find still no reply.
  2. If it is blocked you may hear a rush of air into the tank as you open it, or it may restart quickly, if so it is up to you to find out why, i'm no R6 expert and I'm not suggesting you should ride with the filler cap open
  3. Another tank vent problem? Try opening the filler cap when she dies, does it re start then?

Tank breather trapped, blocked or otherwise ineffective? Try opening the gas cap when it 'quits' and listen for a rush of air, see if it will re-start quickly. Hello and welcome, we have a 'Noobs' forum if you please My name is Paul

  6. Could be a broken, leaking or otherwise disconnected vacuum line between the fuel tap and the inlet manifold. That is assuming that this ped does indeed have a vacuum operated fuel supply....not familiar

  14. Try increasing the revs with a little 'blip' of the throttle during ANY downshifting (not up shifting) it helps a lot
  15. Back in the day when I had 4 strokes the adjuster went through one end of the rocker arm and pusshed down on the valve stem, the gap was set between the adjuster (tappet) and the valve stem and then the little locknut done up afterwards. This has to be done at definite pionts on the engines rotation and may co-incide with marks on the flywheel rotor. of course since then many bikes have moved to shims for adjustment...never done one of those.
  16. OK thanks for the heads up Alex, from when?
  17. Greetings, Looks like you got a great example there, a picture?
  18. There should be no resistance through a non suppressed plug cap, yours must have a loose connection and is best replaced, also the ig primary is low as you say so youre doing right by replacing both IMO
