I have a spare bottom yokeset which some bright spark has sawn off the horn mounts! If you send me your yoke I will fit the stem from mine into yours FOC (I have a hydraulic press at work) -
I take it you disconnected it from the horn before measuring this ? yb_newbie mmm

could be serious consequences if you dont recover every last piece of the cage and roller bearings...for example I only count 5 rollers!!

you must check the level with the bike upright not on the stand, if you fill it to the level and start the engine the oil will disappear from the window. It is no surprise that when you stop it and leave it a while to settle you can no longer see it in the window (bike upright)...just add some more and repeat the process all it means is you didnt add enough in the first place...repeat the process evantually you will see the level. The oil quantity is normally on the clutch cover...first off you should have added about 50ml less than this and you would have been in the ball park

its a little black hexagonal plastic thing at a guess, on the left side of the engine possibly, may be behind the sprocket cover?

yes but there may be another adjustment other than the cable adjuster

yes the vslve (inner) can be replaced, just buy some new ones and a valve tool from a car spares outlet

It's the screws I bought it for Kev, I have one missing and Yamaha (Dick Turpin) wants £40 each for them! Keep the mustard paint for the yellow peril eh
