  10. well to me it sounds like something mechanical and it's my guess that's piston and valve,

  12. best check the valve timing, it may have slipped? when you re-assembled it did you adjust the timing chain tension properly?? if it did slip then the piston may have had a coming together with one of the valves...hence the tapping / rattling ?

  14. if you can keep it going by 'feathering' the throttle, then yes the idle screw needs turning inwards a little
  15. often they are set around 1 1/2 turns out, try that

  18. take the air filter out and replace the cover, try it with it out and let us know, dont let jnr ride around all over the place like that though
