  4. where does this info TI/TL32 come from? mr Haynes has it as TM28SS code 3RM02 for 1999 to 2003
  5. if the problem is pressurisation due to sunlight why not open the filler cap to release it? I know it isnt a cure but it may be a fix if you are in a fix!...better than a wet towel in your pocket lol. come to think of it, perhaps you should be questioning your tank venting capabilities
  6. yeah the sloping one, thats because the inlet manifold is to the crankcase instead of the barrel i would think.

  9. well if he's aware of the situation you will be able to return it if you pay the return postage, just make sure thats OK with him first, theres a good chance it will be the same though...
  10. i would be very surprised if they are different, try talking to the seller ...see if he would accept returns...the motors are similar though

  17. I have seen O rings on mixture adjustment screws NEV Flat slide or round slide? Just looked in my manual an o rings are mentioned Quote If removal of the throttle stop and pilot adjustment screw is required, screw each one carefully in until it seats lightly, counting and recording the number of turns required, and then unscrew each one complete with its spring and O ring.
  18. dont get too hung up on top speed hopes Scott, be happy if it goes off the clock that only reads 80 max anyhow, they are an aerodynamic non starter for high speeds with all that height and scoop frontage, but hey you will sure know about the acceleration...thats more fun in my book

  21. sean the links arent working...canna see the pics, is the spring intact i mentioned earlier? check out spring #15 in my earlier diagram yes a little dressing on the grooves in the basket is the norm...they cause notchiness in the clutch

  25. hey v i missed your earlier postings, that thing in the bottom of your fork stacheon should come out easily, its aluminium about 40mm long and parallel at the botton...tapered at the top. it has to come out the top, if you bang the top of the leg on a wooden block it should drop out
