maybe a mortar chisel like this? -
you will fit on the bandit just fine, they arent a 'crouched' bike, loads of them around too should you ever need used spares etc

Greetings gunner Dave, so whats the plan...to get another?

yeah its quite normal for an old motor, there are rubber cush drives that wear a little in time, not much can be done other than find a basket with less wear Having said that the welding isnt normal, it looks like someone has had it apart in the past...i would have a looksy at the spare engine basket

if draining the bowl fixes it, albeit temporarily you need to drain the tank completely, even take it off and shake out the last...

no wonder with a 2000 engine

Greetings TC, yeah DT's are great bikes

well it seems like last time by working on the carb you fixed it, i'm wondering if you have water in the fuel...drain the carb bowl and try it again, you can usually do this with the carb insitu so it's an easy fix.

Greetings Filippo she looks very nice First thought are you will never get much power though!! she's what we call a 'Trail' bike not a proper 'Enduro' such as a Yamaha IT I say leave it alone and enjoy it for what it is
